Sara Bisikirski, LCSW
Welcome
I provide unyielding support throughout your mental health journey.
Life is full of the pleasant and unpleasant and sometimes it can be difficult to navigate and understand our chaotic world while also maintaining perspective and balance. In such times, everyone can use support and care. If you feel lost, anxious, depressed or confused, therapy can help you understand your emotions and how to manage them. Using trauma-informed practices that draw from therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), I would like to help you learn tools to create a rich life filled with clarity and a sense of wholeness.
“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”

Therapy Services
Individual
Therapy
Hardship is a part of being human, and, unfortunately, no one is immune to experiencing pain. Working through such challenges alone can be demoralizing—no matter how brave or strong you may be
Therapy for
Couples
Every relationship is comprised of distinct individuals who have their own unique thoughts and behaviors. No matter how compatible you are, you will not always agree or be able to easily compromise.
Therapy for Adolescents
and Young Adults
Young people can often benefit from having an adult, who they can talk to in confidence and form a safe relationship with. During sessions, I will help them to identify problem areas and learn useful tools to address various challenges.
Therapy For Parenting
& Co-Parenting
Parenting is a tough job, especially in a culture where people are often isolated in their parenting experiences. Sometimes, it is hard to keep in mind that parents are only human and of course will make mistakes.
Teletherapy
In today’s busy world it is often quite difficult to fit in all that we want to do. Like so many other aspects of our lives, therapy can often become low on the list of priorities when it is inconvenient.
